Problematic Practices in Spiritual/Wellness/Coaching Spaces

In this episode, I and my friend Mary share our personal experiences that mirror many other experiences I've listened to others share about negative experiences they've had in the Spiritual/healing, Coaching and Wellness spaces. We talk about the ways capitalism and manipulative practices have become the norm and what to look for. This is not to say that these spaces don't have any good in them, but simply to help you know what to look out for and reflect on your own experiences.
